Since I last posted I have become extremely busy. Cedar Cities Real Estate market is cranking up early this year. Traditionally we have slowed down much more then we did this winter which leads me to believe that we are going to see a really big spring. I will be interested to see how much higher prices will go. We are still quite a big lower in price then St. George and many people find our climate much better. It is a trade off, the question you have to ask is do you want a 115 degrees in the summer or light snow in the winter. If you dont care about a little snow then Cedar City is the place for you. Currently our prices are 28% lower then St. George so that make it even more attractive. Well I need to get back to work so I am going to just leave ya with those thoughts. I will talk with you later.
